How will my order be delivered?
Most items will ship UPS Ground within the United States. Requests for earlier delivery are offered for an additional charge. In the instance that an order is directly shipped from the manufacturer, they will select their carrier of choice.
Does the price include installation?
Our prices do not include installation costs; however, an Independent Dental service technician will help with any questions when you call.
Can I set up and open on site account?
We are able to offer lower prices by not having a collections or A/R department. We accept checks and credit cards.
What happens if I order the wrong part?
Whenever you place an order, confirm the exact part needed. Call for technical support if you need assistance determining the correct part.
What if the part is faulty?
If an item needs to be replaced, we will check with the manufacturer for warranty repair or connect you with a qualified service technician. We will gladly replace any item under warranty.
What if I need to return an item?
Independent Dental will accept an item with prior authorization. Items must be returned with adequate packing to prevent damage along with a copy of the invoice and shipped at the customer's expense.
