Pricing does not include sales tax for Iowa, South Dakota, Nebraska and Minnesota customers. May not include training, installation, shipping or handling. We reserve the right to make price adjustment in response to manufacturers increases or to correct typographical errors.

Payment is “Due on Receipt” before any order will ship. We accept personal checks and checks by phone as well as the following major credit cards.

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Independent Dental, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Independent Dental, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


All items are subject to availability. If an item isn’t in stock, Independent Dental, Inc. will drop ship from the manufacturer direct to the customer. Prices may be subject to change. If the price increases, we will contact you for approval.


All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by Independent Dental, Inc. within 5 business days of date received by the customer.

All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical items and special orders are not refundable. Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition. Refunds are issued within 30 days of equipment return. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Opened handpieces may not be returned for credit, but will be repaired or replaced in accordance with guarantee.

As we all face the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are putting into place a temporary stop on accepting all overstock parts returns. This is part of our ongoing effort to ensure our employees are able to carry out their jobs in the safest possible manner.

We will continue to accept parts returns for warranty and quality issues. Thank you for your understanding and we will notify you when we are able to accept returns in the months to come. We wish you safety and health to you, your family and your team.


All items are subject to manufacturer’s original stated guarantee.


If you find an item at a lower price on another website we will honor that price. However, the product must be the same style and model that is on our site and the lower price cannot be found on an auction site. To receive the lower price email us with your order request and the URL of the site where the price was found and we will verify the information and send you an email with your new total price.


Installation on most items can be installed by the customer. However, an Independent Dental service technician will help with any questions when you call.
