Orders are shipped UPS Ground throughout the United States. The map shows estimated transit days from Sutherland, IA using UPS Ground. Requests for earlier delivery are offered for an additional charge.

REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by Independent Dental, Inc. within 5 business days of date received by the customer.

All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical items and special orders are not refundable. Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition. Refunds are issued within 30 days of equipment return. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Opened handpieces may not be returned for credit, but will be repaired or replaced in accordance with guarantee.

As we all face the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are putting into place a temporary stop on accepting all overstock parts returns. This is part of our ongoing effort to ensure our employees are able to carry out their jobs in the safest possible manner.

We will continue to accept parts returns for warranty and quality issues. Thank you for your understanding and we will notify you when we are able to accept returns in the months to come. We wish you safety and health to you, your family and your team.
